The transaction journal now offers the possibility to filter by ledger. This way, the accounting department can view all transactions of a specific transaction code and ledger (e.g. deposit ledger, guest ledger, AR ledger), for better analysis and control.

A user with design rights will see a new button in the folio screen: Export/Design. Click on this button and a window with the folio will appear where the user can print, save as PDF or enter the design mode.
 
Once in design mode, the user can modify the design of the folio in an environment similar to a word processor. We call this the template generator and the folio is a type of template. Another template which can be modified this way is the registration card.
In the symbol bar on the left, new elements such as headers/footers/text boxes and images can be inserted. On the top, different items such as the font used, the shape of boxes etc. can be adapted. On the right side, the user has the possibility to enter different variables so that when running the template those variables will be filled with data from the reservation or folio.
