Dagmar joined hetras in 2011 as financial and human resources director.
Dagmar spent her professional life within the global IT industry, working in finance departments at Oracle, Sun Microsystems, BEA Systems, 3COM, and CompuServe. Throughout her career she gained expertise in auditing, revenue recognition for HW/SW and services, US GAAP Reporting, financial planning and analysis, implementations of accounting software, and M&A.
Now in her first role at a smaller privately-owned company, Dagmar has taken on responsibility for budgeting and forecasting, managing external financial service companies, and board reporting as well as legal and personnel issues.
