Marc Fries has been introducing new technology to hotel groups for over 10 years, starting with the Sunstar group in Switzerland and then as hotel software manager at TUI, Europe's largest tour operator. During this time he participated in pilot projects of various hotel technology solutions. He connects hotel management know-how, which he acquired at the Hotel School in Lausanne as well as in various operational positions, with technical know-how, which he picked up "on the job" over the years.
 
In April 2011 he changed sides and joined a technology vendor for the first time. At hetras, Marc ensures that the ambitious project plans of our customers match software development plans within hetras. He coordinates the overall planning within the hetras R&D department and coordinates our bi-weekly product releases.
