hetras offers now an interface to hotels.nl. Hotels.nl is the largest dutch Dutch online travel agency, supplying reservations to over 1,750 hotels in the Benelux, and is visited by over one million visitors every month.
 
With the hetras-hotels.nl interface, availability, rates and restrictions are automatically uploaded to hotels.nl and reservations, changes and cancellations are automatically download into hetras. If you are interested in using this interface, please contact your hetras customer representative.

The current status screen has been fully redesigned.

In previous versions, only one transaction code of type Cash & Debit Card could be used in hetras, and the fields comment and reference were not available for all payment methods. This has been enhanced so that the hotel can now configure as many transaction codes as needed with usage cash and/or debit card and they will reflect immediately in the payment screen. Also the fields comment and reference are now available for all payment methods.

When you move transactions from one folio to another, you can enter a guest name which will offer all rooms which are attached to this name or you can enter a room number and and then select from all guests staying in this room.
