The profile information now contain additional fields for tracking guest preferences. These can be found as a separate tab in the profile screen and are grouped in room preferences (for view, location and amenities) and guest interests. They are selected via a multi-select drop-down menu.
 
The selected preferences will be taken into consideration when assigning a room number to a reservation. hetras will always try to assign as a first priority a room which meets the guest preferences.
 
It is now also possible to assign two or more views to any room in the hotel (until now, only one view type was possible per room), should you be interested in this, please contact our support team.
