Group Traces will enable the user to set date driven activities for departments within the block header. It offers a free format text book which the user can use to enter information or messages. Then the user will be able to set a date and select a department. Once the activity has been completed the status of the trace can be changed into complete.

The hotel can now define up to 10 aging buckets for tracking of their open balances in accounts receivables. The balance per bucket and per account can then be seen in the Accounts Receivable screen, under the option Aging Report, and can be filtered by various criteria.

In the main Reservation menu, there is a new functionality called No-Show Processing. In this screen the user sees all no-shows at the hotel, and can filter them according to different criteria. The user then has the option to charge the no-show fee to a guest and post the payment or waive the no-show fee. The status of the process (Processed/Waived) as well as the balance of the folio (Open/Closed) will be reflected in the list.

The Reservation on the books report will show the number of rooms as well as the net room revenue and the resulting ADR by day for future dates. With this report it is possible to see the values by Channel and Sub Channel as well as by Market Segment Group or Market Segment. It also enables the user to view business in the status of definite, tentative or combines the total for both statuses. If your hotel is working with block bookings, the option "Include not picked up rooms" to include group business which not yet has been turned into reservation is now available as well. The report also offers the option to include taxes and elements such as breakfast into the display on the report.

You can now enter ForecastingRateplan, AverageRoomRate and AveragePersonsPerRoom in each block header. Those fields are used for forecasting not-picked up rooms from a block. The field AverageRoomRate is populated automatically by hetras with the average rates of all rooms and room types, assuming a single occupancy in those rooms. It can be overwritten by the user. The field AveragePersonsPerRoom is a mandatory field, and is not prepopulated automatically. You can enter a fractional number of people, such as 1.5.
