Interface to Customer Alliance
hetras: Interface to Customer Alliance
hetras now offers an interface to Customer Alliance, an automated guest review tracking system.
 
 
Via Customer Alliance, a Post Stay email is sent automatically to your guests, requesting their feedback on their recent stay. These reviews are then posted on the hotel website and/or other selected websites. The Customer Alliance software provides statistical analysis of customer reviews and points out to hoteliers their strengths and weaknesses.

Nationality Report
hetras: Nationality Report
hetras offers a new nationality report to all hotels, showing the number of room nights produced, broken down by country of residence of the guests. This report is currently available on demand, and is sent to our customers in definable intervals.
Forecast Report by Minor Market Segment

hetras offers a new report, showing past and future reservation data, broken down by minor market segment. This report is available on demand, and is sent to the customer in definable intervals.
Pre-Check In Payment to A/R
This release offers an authorized user the ability to post a payment to an Accounts Recievable account prior to the check-in of a guest.
