Via Customer Alliance, a Post Stay email is sent automatically to your guests, requesting their feedback on their recent stay. These reviews are then posted on the hotel website and/or other selected websites. The Customer Alliance software provides statistical analysis of customer reviews and points out to hoteliers their strengths and weaknesses.
