Right out of the box, hetras covers so many areas that most interfaces simply disappear. Yet you will probably never find a system more open to the rest of the world.
hetras includes a series of interfaces and can easily be interfaced with any of your in-house systems such as PABX, call-accounting, financial accounting, locking systems, video services, POS and others. New interfaces are added regularly. Ask your account manager about the availability of specific interfaces.
Many of the most complex and expensive interfaces you may have previously required are no longer necessary with hetras. This includes the interfaces between PMS, CRS, CRM, channel management and internet booking engines. As hetras encompasses all of these applications within a single data model, no such interfaces are necessary.
Unlike closed or proprietary systems, hetras is open to the outside world via web services. Currently over 350 web services allow developers to access the inner workings of hetras. This means that future interfaces can be developed by hetras, by third-party vendors or even external consultants.
